01Overview
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to purchases of E-MB Helper credit packs, operated by Zenithyn Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "the operator"). Payments are processed through Razorpay and are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).
E-MB Helper is sold as one-time prepaid credit packs. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no recurring charge. One credit is consumed per measurement row that is successfully filled.
02Delivery of credits
Credits are a digital good. On a successful payment, the purchased credits are added to your account wallet immediately (typically within a few seconds). No physical goods are shipped.
Credits do not expire. The price shown at checkout is the price payable; GST is included where applicable.
03Cancellation
Because purchases are one-time prepaid packs with no subscription or auto-renewal, there is nothing to cancel in the billing sense — you are charged only when you choose to buy a pack, and never again automatically.
An automation batch that is in progress may be stopped at any time from the extension. Any credits reserved for rows that were not completed in a stopped batch remain in your wallet (see the per-row reimbursement below).
04Refunds
Per-row reimbursement (you pay only for what lands). If a measurement row cannot be completed during automation, the credit for that row is returned to your wallet as part of the same operation. You are charged only for rows that are successfully filled.
Billing errors and duplicate charges. If you are charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a payment for which credits were not delivered to your wallet — contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction with your Razorpay payment ID. Verified errors are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Unused credits. As credits are a prepaid digital good delivered instantly and consumed on use, credit packs are generally non-refundable once delivered, except in the cases described above or at the operator's reasonable discretion. Complimentary credits granted free of charge (for example the sign-up bonus or a coupon) carry no monetary value and are not refundable.
Where a refund is approved, it is processed only on the amount actually paid, net of any credits already consumed.
05How to request a refund
Email support.emb@axynerp.com from your registered email address, including the Razorpay payment ID and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within two (2) business days.
Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay and typically reach your bank or card account within five to seven (5–7) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
