01I. General correspondence

All communications pertaining to installation, billing, or operation of the extension and the administrative web application shall be addressed in writing to the address designated below. The undersigned operator is a small enterprise based in the State of Kerala; ordinary correspondence shall be acknowledged within one (1) working day.

Correspondents are requested to cite their registered electronic-mail identifier in all communications, to enable expedited retrieval of batch records and credit balances. The transmission of .xlsx files is neither solicited nor required for support purposes; such files are not retained by the operator.

02II. Data Protection / Grievance

Communications relating to data protection, including requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (access, rectification, erasure), and any grievance regarding the handling of personal data, may be addressed to the Data Protection Officer / Grievance Officer at the electronic-mail identifier indicated below:

The undersigned shall furnish a substantive response within thirty (30) days as prescribed by the said Act. Routine requests — namely, data export and account deletion — are ordinarily executed by the data principal through the /account page and require no correspondence. Recourse to written communication is invited where the self-serve facility is inaccessible or insufficient.

04IV. Limitations of correspondence

For the avoidance of doubt, the following limitations shall apply:

  • Telephonic support is not provided. All correspondence shall be in writing, in order that a record may be maintained of the matters raised and disposed of.
  • The operator does not read or retain the contents of spreadsheet files; their transmission is neither necessary nor solicited.
  • The operator is not the proprietor of the eMBook or PRICE portal. Recovery of portal credentials, retrieval of lost work-orders, and intra-departmental escalations fall outside its competence; such matters shall be referred to the departmental nodal officer.
  • The operator does not sell, broker, or otherwise share personal data, save with the sub-processors enumerated in the Privacy Policy.
