01Do you store my Excel data?
No. The file is parsed in your browser. We see row count for credit reservation; we never see, log, or persist row contents.
02What does 1 credit cost?
One credit fills one row. You start with 100 free on signup, no card. After that you only ever buy credits (never a subscription): Starter is ₹299 for 150 credits (~₹1.99/row), Pro is ₹999 for 700 credits (~₹1.43/row).
03What if a row fails?
That credit is refunded automatically. We reserve credits before a batch and return any that don't land, so you only pay for rows that actually filed.
04Which portals are supported?
Kerala PWD PRICE 3.0 / eMBook — contractors.kerala.gov.in and price.kerala.gov.in. The extension only activates on those portals.
05Is this affiliated with the government?
No. E-MB Helper is an independent productivity tool. We just type the rows you would type.
